Product: Laser Jet Pro M254dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am having an issue with one of the roller in the printer making a zig zaggy indention the length of my paper as its coming out. I've done a reset, looked at settings, opened the back and look dot see if anything was out of place, and I can't figure it out.

This type of defect is most often caused by a failed fuser unit. If you can pull the page flat and there is toner in the groove then the fuser is the definite issue.
