I see that you are not able to print due to this error. I believe you are using regular paper.
To know how to load the paper correctly, refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes
To clear any jams inside the printer, follow the steps in this document - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays
Make sure the printer carriage is moving freely - Carriage jam or E3 error
If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer if under warranty.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
