Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

I am at the end of my tether with this printer! When it does print it prints a blank page! Most of the time it says printer drawer not shut when it is. Or it says out of paper which it is not. I have important printing to be done and it won’t print at all now! No help from hp messenger. I followed all of their suggestions but it does not work. Surly I can return the stupid thing as only had for about 6 months. The funny thing is if you press the info button it prints fine
