Hi, having problems with printing. Paper comes out either with  upturned corners, not aligned or ripped. There doesn't seem to be any paper jammed inside printer I can see. I have taking all the steps according to the HP app and no joy. Pls help I have tonnes of work and I'm losing the will with it

Even the tiniest bit of paper can cause issues. A good way to check the printer is by using a piece of mylar to floss the paper path and push out tiny obstructions. I use a thing ruler about 2 inches wide that is made of mylar about as thick as 4 sheets of paper. Left over adhesive from a label jam is a common source of problems but you need to be able to reach it to clean the residue off.
