Printer keeps saying out of paper and the yellow light on but the paper tray is full with paper

Is your Printer the Envy 6052?  The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the paper feeding error. 

 

If this does not resolve the issue please provide some additional details:

  • What type of paper are you using - plain paper, photo paper, index cards or other?
  • Is the paper white or does it have borders or other patterns printed?
