Product: Neverstop laser 1200w

Heys

My printer feed fails to lift paper after successfully printing the first one,  so I have to reset it every time after printing the first list. The lift motor keeps working on an on, but nothing happens, the feed doesn't release the spring&lift paper

 

It is not the roller issue, as this printer first lifts up high/then grabs. I've tried all dummy answers as resetting, changing paper etc. Nothing.
