Product: Hp1515

My hp 1515 has trouble in drawing paper from the feed. The printer was bought from UAE , I shifted to India. Every time I call customer care and tell them the serial no of my printer my  call is transfered to foreign agency which is never answered. Can anyone suggest proper procedure to escalate my issue for service of my printer.
