I get the message "printer is out of paper" when there is plenty of paper in the tray. Nothing I try makes any difference. There is no paper jam or blockage and no sign of any mechanical problem. In fact the innards look very good considering its age. The problem started when I installed a new black cartridge and clicked Align. That started normally, but then something went wrong and it did not complete the process. I have removed both cartridges, and reinstalled both new ones, to no avail. Since when I have been unable to print. The virtual agent is useless: it does not  even recognise the problem. Please help.
