Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8134e All-in-One Printer

My print was picking up a photo paper perfect just only a month ago and I tried to print on the same paper today and this is happening every time no matter what I do. I completed all the typical maintenance and I also checked the inside/bottom of the printer after removing the paper tray and couldn’t see anything that wow causing it. See photos attached. The color swatch photo is how it printed perfectly aligned a month ago and the other photos are what it’s doing now. SOS
