Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Officejet pro 8600 plus - Paper feeds too far into printer at paper pick up from paper tray. Results in whole print being 8mm too far down the page and bottom part dropping off. I have cleaned all the rollers and in particular the pickup roler but no change. It happens when doing on bed copy and printing from computer. Also when paper tray is nearly empty and when full.
Suspect pickup roller is worn? Can this be changed?
Thanks for your help. A pitty to bin a good printer just for this!
