Paper feeed noise and paper jam

HP Recommended
ENVY 5642
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I start printing, the paper feed  makes a lot of noise. If I print on both sides, the paper is stuck when it is fed into the printer after printing the fist page. After printing a couple of pages. the printer behaves normally.
