Hi @SANJEEVGUPTA333,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer paper is getting stuck, there are several things you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Check the paper type: Ensure that you are using the correct type of paper recommended by HP for your printer. Using the wrong type of paper can cause paper jams.
  • Check for paper obstructions: Sometimes, small bits of paper or other debris can get stuck in the printer and cause paper jams. Check for any obstructions in the paper path, and remove them if you find any.
  • Check the paper tray: Make sure that the paper is loaded correctly in the paper tray. Ensure that the stack of paper is not too thick or too thin and that the paper guides are properly adjusted.
  • Clean the printer rollers: The rollers in your printer can accumulate dust and debris, which can cause paper jams. Try cleaning the rollers with a lint-free cloth or a roller cleaning kit.
  • Reset the printer: Sometimes resetting the printer can resolve the issue. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
