HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP ENVY Photo 7855 won't print. The paper tray is full, but I'm getting an error that says "paper out." 

I've already unplugged the printer, waited 60 seconds, and plugged it in again.

It has a strong wifi connection.

I can copy, but not print.
