Remove the paper and inspect the interior of the printer. You probably have a foreign object that is preventing the paper from passing straight. So if the paper is pulled to the right side, the object blocking the paper pass is on the left side.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
