Product is HP Office jet pro 7740, paper is crinkling as is prints causing the ink delivery system to rip the paper causing a paper jam

Check carefully for paper bits under the guide bar that the paper passes under after the printhead. I have also seen cases where the starwheels on the guide bar are damaged or missing.
