Is it pulling in multiple pages at the same time or one right after another? You could have either a sticking solenoid in the pickup assembly or a worn separation pad that is allowing too much paper to feed and when this happens the sensors are triggered in the wrong order and no printing happens because the printer can no longer track where the paper is in the system.
