HP Recommended
Product: OfficeJet 6962
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I moved recently and left paper in the printer when I packed it. This resulted a paper jam to the extreme that paper is coming out of the bottom of the printer.  I can't figure out how to either remove that paper or put it back in its proper place. In its current position, the paper tray won't seal. Thank you for any help you can provide.
