May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

May I know if you get any error messages related to it? 

Also, please let me know the troubleshooting steps you have performed already. 

 

I would suggest you perform the steps here and let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-3630-all-in-one-printer-series/7172306/document/c045... (E4 error)

 

Also, please check the paper and reload it to see if the issue persists. 

 

Reset the printer

  • Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
  • If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  • NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Unfortunately after following all your advice and instructions provided on HP Smart and the Virtual Agent, my printer is still not loading the paper (HP Deskjet 3630).

As it is out of warranty, how would I organise a repair. I am a member of HP Instant Ink?
