Hello I have the same issue with an office jet 200 mobile printer. It says change ink cartridge and then paper jam. I tried changing the ink and there isn't anything jammed. Could you please assist?

@TomJolly

Welcome to the HP support communtiy.

I understand that you are getting paper jam errors, I am glad to assist you

If you have tried all steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, follow these steps to fix the issue:-

Reset the printer

Sometimes a paper jam error persists even though there is no jammed paper (false paper jam). To clear any possible false carriage jam messages, reset the printer.

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  • NOTE:HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  • Try to print.

Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates

Here are the steps:- Click here

Let me know how it goes.

If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
