Paper jam error won't resolve

I had a paper jam error.  I cleared the paper and can't find any other small pieces.  I have cleaned the rollers.  The paper jam error won't clear.  We have tried to reset the printer multiple times.  We are unable to make any other selections on the screen because the paper jam error won't go away.
