HP Office jet pro 9015

HP Office jet 9015. Was trying to fax but message says Document feeder jam. It says open the cover, remove and reload the original and then try again. I did all of the above and there was no paper jam but unable to bypass message alert

Fax job might not like the paper size - Fax using ADF supports Standard size paper (Letter / A4).

ADF might not like the type of paper (examples >> wrong size, too thin, crinkled, curled, too dry, obstructions (staples), paper guides incorrect).

The printer might need maintenance to clear / clean the ADF.
