Product: HP Tango

Words cannot describe how unhappy I have been with this product. It has taken me literally over a year to even get it functioning enough to print a paper. It printed a 6 page paper fine but it was supposed to be black ink, it printed a faded purple. After this, every time I try to print it misfeeds the paper crooked. It keeps making sounds like it is printing, nothing comes out. The ink cartridges are loaded correctly, but there is black ink all over the bottom of the printer, I am assuming it's gathering there because the printer thinks it is printing but it is not, because the paper keeps jamming! I have done everything! I have cleaned the feeders and grippers, I have removed and replaced the ink cartridges, I have tried different paper.  To say I am ready to throw it out the window is an understatement. Any advice?
