I spoke with HP tech support yesterday and they are sending me a refurbished printer. Mine is only 3 months old. We, I, have tried all the paper jam suggestions. There is no paper jammed anywhere. However, I thought I'd try one more time this morning and notice the ink cartridges are actually stuck to the right side. I didn't even check this, or notice this yesterday. I can not move them to the left. I can't move them at al. Could this be the problem?
The printer was working yesterday morning. I shut it down, but after 5 hours had papers to print so turned it back on and that's when the paper jam message came on. Again, there is no paper jammed anywhere. Maybe the cartridge being stuck is the problem? I don't know how to fixt that.
