Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Paper stuck deep into the printer near back - cannot get to it. Thought there was a rear access door but cannot open anything. Please help.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
