Paper jam - paper wrapped around roller.

There is a sheet of paper totally wrapped around the roller and I can't for the life of me shift it. Any ideas? I can't use the printer until it's gone and I really need to use my printer!

@Anniep5, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand a paper is stuck in between the rollers. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error to resolve this issue.

You may use tweezers to get it out.
