Paper does not fit well when the roller moves, and paper does not get inside because it is caught in the tray. And a paper jam error sign is displayed.

Many thanks.

On the bottom of the printer you have a paper jam access door, open those and inspect the printer for foreign objects. Remove the paper and take a look inside the printer for a foreign object that is blocking the paper path.

Thanks so much. Unfortunately, there’s no blocking paper, object inside. I think the roller is out of balance. The paper stops without getting caught in the roller like this picture. Is there any solution to solve it?

There is something blocking paper from passing through the paper path. The edge of the paper is hitting a foreign object, check it again I have seen this issue too many times.
