Hi @Tech987654321,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're experiencing a persistent paper jam issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 printer. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem,

Check for Obstructions:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  • Open the access door to the cartridge area and check for any obstructions like small pieces of paper or debris. Remove any foreign objects that you find.

Inspect Paper Path:

  • Make sure there are no torn pieces of paper left inside the paper path. Check thoroughly, including the input and output trays.

Check Rollers:

  • Inspect the rollers for any signs of damage or debris. Clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth and a small amount of water, if necessary.

Use the Right Paper:

  • Ensure that you are using the correct type and size of paper for your printer. Refer to the printer manual for the recommended paper specifications.

Load Paper Correctly:

  • Make sure that the paper is loaded correctly in the input tray. Adjust the paper guides to match the paper width.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, and wait for a few minutes. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP support website. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve issues.

Check Cartridge Movement:

  • Ensure that the cartridges can move freely. Open the cartridge access door and check for any obstructions in the cartridge path.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
