HP Recommended

Hp color laserjet pro mfp 4302dw. Paper jam. Os: Windows 11 

 

I tried to print on special paper, which went fine until it did not. The printer gave a paper jam issue. I removed the paper, but the issue persisted. I have opened up the back, the front (pulled the ink tray out), the bottom and i cannot find the supposedly stuck paper,hence my thought it might be a sensor issue. Now the problem is: how to solve this? Any ideas, tips, suggestions are welcome. Thanks very much!

 

Edit to add: I have tried a hard reset and to completely reset to firmware. I have also tried to print using a different computer or to make a copy of something, all to no avail. Also,I have no idea where the sensors might be located or what to even look for, so any viual guides for cleaning might also be helpful, as i did not find one for this or a similar model.
