color laser jet pro MFP M477fdn

hello.  In my color laser jet pro MFPM477fdn, it is continuously saying "jam in printer path, open rear door and clear jam" I have opened all doors and trays and there is no paper anywhere or anything that I can visibly see to be causing this problem.  I have unplugged and restarted the printer nothing is working. Please help!

I keep getting a paper jam in drawer 2 error message and there is no paper jam.  I am printing on card stock and have not had this problem before.   I can print plain paper just fine, only have this issue with the cardstock paper.

Please help!

@amylynn3024 common cause of this issue is a fuser paper wrap where a sheet of paper gets wrapped around the fuser but is not visible without taking the printer apart.

@RhondaE, likely the paper rollers are worn or dirty and cannot grip the paper properly.
