I have a paper jam in my Printer 

HP Officejet  pro 9019 and can not get at the paper.

I see that you're unable to clear the paper jam on the printer. I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document Paper Jam Error to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
