I am getting the message that there is a paper jam. When I go through the steps to see if there is a jam anywhere in the printer all areas are clear. No visible paper jammed anywhere. However, I cannot move the ink cartridges from side to side. Maybe they’re jammed? Anybody ever had this issue?
