HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Our office inkjet printer - Office Jet Pro 9010e series - is asking that a paper jam be cleared before it will print.  We have checked the entire printer and can find no paper jam or even pieces of torn paper.  It continues to show the "clear paper jam" message.
