HP Recommended

Printer said there was a paper jam so I opened it and took the paper out. Closed it back up and started printer again and it did the same thing. So I looked underneath the printer and noticed the paper was coming out of the printer and there was a spring not connected. So I put it back but the printer continues to say paper jam.
