Hi. My HP Envy 5540 keeps saying there is a paper jam when there is not. Initially it would print once I had removed and refitted the input tray but now it won’t even do that. I have gone through all the steps in the online help like cleaning the rollers.
When I open the ink cartridge access door, the carriage does not centralise - it just stays where it is, to the right, and I can’t move it across manually - could this be connected?
