Paper jam

HP envy 7645 keeps saying Paper is jammed in the printer.  I’ve already cleared it all but keeps saying paper jam. Help.

If your HP Envy 7645 keeps reporting a paper jam despite clearing it, first, meticulously re-check all access areas, rollers, and even the duplexer for any tiny paper scraps or foreign objects using a flashlight. Next, power cycle the printer by unplugging it for 60 seconds and then reconnecting. Consider cleaning the paper rollers with a lint-free cloth and distilled water.
