My printer has worked fine for years but has now started jamming as paper goes though the diffuser. I have ensured no dust of paper fragments in the system as far as I can. Any ideas please.

Is the paper crinkled or does it just stop? Does this happen on single page documents or only on page 2+ on multipage documents. How many pages have been printed. If paper is damaged, suspect a bad fuser. If paper is not damaged, a faulty sensor in the paper path is more common. If it only happens on 2nd or higher pages, the exit sensor is a good place to start. If it happens on first page, I would suspect a sensor in the fuser itself. Sadly this unit does not have the same level of component test as their Enterprise models so you cannot really test the sensors using the printer itself. On these machines it is more of a replace till it works scenario.
