While printing some two-sided pages for my kids, my printer jammed.  I easily cleared the jam, but now it jams every time I print or copy anything - single sided, double sided, doesn't matter.  I keep clearing the jam and can't see any reason for it.  I unplugged it from the wall and came back a few hours later to try again, and the printer is still jamming.  How do I fix this?  I homeschool and use this printer daily.  Not having it is a major problem.

@ashdasher1018, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printer keeps jamming the paper. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Are you using regular letter-size paper?

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - A 'Paper Jam' Error

Also, clean the paper pick rollers as shown in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check if the papers are properly loaded in the input tray. Refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, and Envelopes

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
