Product: HP Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Paper feeds through dupexer but jams as the top of the page reaches the tiny white rollers in the printer cartridge area. I cleaned all the rollers and problem did not clear up. I also tried to clean those little tiny rollers but they don't turn easily so could not do a very good job there. But, the paper was less ripped up after I did that. I have run out of ideas.
So, where/how can I get further help? There is NO way I can lift or carry this printer as I am an older female with recent back fusion surgery. I live in Solano County in California.
