Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Continue to have paper jams and carriage jam. The first top 1/4 prints ok, they the paper jams. Tried all the suggestions given and nothing works. Thought of buying a new printer to replace the old one but I'm turned off by the "fancy" additions to the new printers and the headache of setting it up. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Mahalo.

Hello @kailua75 .
Are they fake traffic jams or are they real traffic jams?
If they are real, check that there is nothing weird inside the printer like candy, toys, loose parts, lint etc.
