Paper jams and loud noise

My Envy 7640 is about 6 years old. Usually no problems. But recently I've had several paper jam messages but can't find the jam. And today it is making a very loud noise when it tries to print. I watched the paper jam video but that didn't solve my problem. Any suggestions?

I understand you are facing a paper jam 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a cartridge/printhead failure.
