HP LaserJet Tank MFP 2604sdw Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My printer jams whenever I attempt to scan multiple pages. Paper does not run through the machine and is backing up some place, even though I have opened all possible locations to find the problem area.  I can only scan by putting a single sheet on the bed of the printer.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

@Bigbearkat, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

First, check the ADF for any obstructions or paper debris, and clean the rollers with a damp cloth to remove dust.

Make sure you're using the correct paper type and size, and ensure the paper guides are properly adjusted to fit the paper.

Also, check for any firmware updates for the printer that could fix the issue. Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support
