Paper load still present after trying all solutions - printer clean, paper good, reset done.

My printer keeps telling me the paper is not loaded.  I have gone through all the checks for cleanliness, paper jam issues, reset to factory settings reinstallation of HP smart, but nothing works.  it did work last week, and it is relatively new, so its not a dirt issue, but it just seemed to decide to pack up.  I can print a test page, so the rollers pick up, my laptop can see the printer so its not connectivity.  Any ideas, is there a sensor that is dirty other than the rollers?
