Envy 7155
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hey all! I just bought an Envy 7155 and am having an awful time with it. 
when I print, it never aligns correctly. Leaving a large gap and the top of the page then pushing the bottom of the page right off! 
anyone else have this problem? It’s incredibly frustrating as I bought it to print double sided. When I’m doing this one side is pushed off and the other side of the paper is correct! I believe the issue lies in how it’s grabbing the paper initially. 
I really need this fixed as I’m printing sooo much work stuff for the holidays! Eeks!

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
