Product: HP Tango X

My HP Tango X printer appears to have trouble fully feeding paper.  The printing starts before the paper is fed through and is cutting off the full page leaving a blank space of unprinted paper at the bottom of the page. This occurs using 5.5x7.5 cardstock. Previously printed on 4.5x6.5 cardstock perfectly fine. Now also having issues printing on normal 8.5x11 paper where the paper will only feed partially and then stop. The printer will continue the print process, not printing on any paper Performed printer maintenance (Clean Printhead, Align Printhead, and Clean Page Smears) which is not correcting the problem. The most current updates have been performed on the printer and my PC driver updates.
