Product: HP Deskjet F4580 All-in-One Printer
HP8D1ABE (HP Deskjet F4500 series)
I have a single tray printer. It worked perfectly fine to print a photo on 8.5x11 photo paper. When I changed the paper size to 4x6 photo paper, it jammed. I removed the jammed photo paper and tried again with the same result. Tried reprinting same thing as I did successfully before, on 8.5x11 photo paper and problem persist. The paper, photo, regular printing paper will not pull in to be printed on at all. I've used cleaned the rollers with distilled water and no change.
