Product: Hp 2700 series printer

My printer only wants to pull paper in from one side of the printer causing it to jam everytime. I have never put more than 20 pieces of paper in the holder at a time and make sure to fan the paper a bit before putting it in the tray. I have tried cleaning the rollers with a cotton swap with no luck. I just bought this printer not even a whole month ago and have only printed maybe 5 things so I don't understand why it's doing this. Please help me.
