Product: 1536 dnf mfp
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Blank paper pick up stopped working. You can hear the unit trying to pick up paper to do a print job but it doesn't work.

If you use a flashlight and watch the paper pickup roller when you press print, does it rotate? If yes but does not grab paper then likely the roller is worn and needs to be replaced.
