Paper tray envy 5000

Hello my printer keeps saying “paper tray open” even when it’s not, I’ve tried so many ways to try resolve this issues but unfortunately I can’t. I’ve tried opening and closing the paper tray a number of times.

shut down the printer open and closed the tray then power the printer back up.

also unplugged and put on a different surface

Remove the paper tray and check if are two tabs on a tray or broken off.
