I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Refer to the printer user guide to learn more information about closing the paper tray. Click Here

 

Note: Refer to page 16 for more information.

 

Refer to the video instructions from HP support to further troubleshoot paper jam issues. Click Here

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
