Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

I bought my printer in 2020 and have not had any problems with it until about a month ago.  Everything on the printer seems to work normally, but paper is not grabbing from the tray.  Then I receive a popup that the tray is empty.

 

I reset the printer (unplugging the printer and power cord for 60 seconds) and I cleaned all of the rollers as recommended on the support page.
